WATER at the Dog Park: If the day or night temperatures are 32-degrees or below, we have to shut off the water to the park to keep the water fountains from being damaged. You will need to bring water with you under those conditions. - - - The PTCDPA Board of Directors recently purchased two new water hydrants which can be used year round regardless of the weather. We are looking for plumber to install them.
